EXPERIENCE                                                                                                           Tim Scully, President of Scully Inc., has over 30 years experience in the underground construction field.  He has worked all aspects of construction.  He has a hands on approach which keeps him involved with each project from start to finish.  Vice President, Raymond Scully, has been in the industry for more than twenty years.  His experience, which also includes operating, gives him unique perspective for management in the field.  Foreman, Frank Griffin, is an experienced laborer in underground construction and has over 12 years working with us. The Office is managed and maintained by Susan Tullo, Secretary/Treasurer, she has over fifteen years of experience as bookkeeper, comptroller, and office management in the underground industry.
