EXPERIENCE Tim Scully, President of Scully Inc., has over 35 years experience in the underground construction field. He has worked all aspects of construction. He has a hands on approach which keeps him involved with each project from start to finish. Vice President, Raymond Scully, has been in the industry for more than 25 years. His experience, which also includes operating, gives him unique perspective for management in the field. Foreman, Frank Griffin, is an experienced laborer/supervisor in underground construction and has over 15 years working with us.
